Stop beating yourself up every time things don't go according to "plan" and accept that life happens.

Get more out of life by making plans and stopping analysis paralysis and overwhelm before it has a chance to start.

Create and actually follow a routine of taking care of yourself and your home, designed specifically for your life..

Improve your communication and your relationships with friends, family, partners, and colleagues.

Keep up with "basic" (but so difficult for us!) adulting, like paying bills on time, putting things away, opening the mail, etc.

Follow through with the promises you make to yourself and begin to trust yourself and your abilities.

What if you could...

After a lifetime of feeling out of place, ashamed, and just plain exhausted by daily life, it's time to stop fighting against your nature and start working with your ADHD.

As a heads up, I'm never going to tell you that your ADHD is a superpower — because this sh*t is toughhhh.
But I will help you develop and implement the steps you need to take to build the foundations of a life you can thrive in.

Through ADHD Coaching, you'll start to see yourself (and your ADHD!) in a whole new light. With this new mindset, you'll be able to actually start enjoying your life, instead of being perpetually overwhelmed by it.

I thought so too at first, but fear not!

It's all possible, with a little bit of work, a lot of patience, and a sprinkle of self-love.

Scope out how to get started below!

Sounds like a pipe dream, amirite?

You Google things like, " best morning routine" and "tricks for procrastination" but none have ever worked.

Like most ADHDers, procrastination should probably be your middle name.

You keep promises, deadlines, and a clean house for other people, but you rarely do for yourself.

Shame and self-blame are front and center in your brain, and you're way harder on yourself than others.

You're frequently overwhelmed or feel like you're drowning in paperwork, bills, To Dos, adulting, etc.

You're trying to navigate adult life with ADHD and feel like there HAS to be an easier way of doing things.

This is for you if...

During our first session I'll get to know you better, including some of the nitty-gritty ways ADHD impacts your life that you usually wouldn't share with people.

We'll strategize what's most important for us to tackle in the first few weeks of coaching, and create a game plan to make sure you get the most out of our time together. This will probably evolve as our sessions continue, but it's important we have a starting point!

Let the coaching begin!

Rosie just GETS me. She gets how hard adulting is for me, even though I'm almost 30 & she doesn't judge the super basic stuff I struggle with. Like she is literally helping me get better at opening my mail & leaving the house on time. But it's making a HUGE difference!

She supports me & makes me feel good about the smallest wins & when I mess up or don't follow through with our plan, she always reminds me to not beat myself up. Because if a plan isn't working it is the PLAN'S fault & not MINE. Then we just change the plan!

I can tell my self-confidence & self-worth are increasing a bit more each week & it's a really new but good feeling.

Rosie has been my ADHD Coach for 11 weeks so far and already my life is improving! I have a lot of trouble arranging my personal time and work time. As a team leader I really needed help prioritizing my time and my work tasks. In our weekly sessions Rosie helps me strategize and create a plan for my deadlines that are coming up so I don't get overwhelmed or work only at the last minute all the time like usual.

We also created a "wakeup routine" that I can finally stick to because it's not like a typical full morning routine. It is really quick so I can do it even on days I oversleep.

I'm so pleased I decided to work with Rosie as my ADHD Coach and I really look forward to our session each week!

My life was a mess of chaos when I started coaching with Rosie. Some parts are still chaos, but overall I feel more in control! I've never had good routines in my life and when I did start one it never lasted since I'm a freelancer so my days are always changing.

Rosie really listened to my specific problems and asked a lot of questions about how I live, even about how my apartment is laid out which I thought was strange at first. Then I realized we came up with small parts of a routine to stack together that fit for my life exactly in my exact apartment and work space.

THANK YOU ROSIE!!

Due to the nature of coaching, no refunds are offered. If for whatever reason you decide to discontinue coaching, you will still be responsible for any outstanding payments. This is why I recommend a discovery call before you book the 12-Week package, so we can decide if we're a good fit!

do you offer refunds?

I didn't either — or so I thought. When I started working with an ADHD Coach I was 6 months into a deep brain fog, trying to run a business, looking for a new flat, dealing with emotional and physical trauma, and trying to remember to eat!

It turned out that was the PERFECT time to receive support from ADHD Coaching. By spending an hour or two a week with my coach and working on my new strategies, I not only saved heaps of time each week, but I'm pretty sure I also saved a bit of my sanity.

I don't think I have time for this?!?

Because I 100% know where you're coming from. And I've been trained by a pioneer in the ADHD Coaching industry, to work specifically with adults with ADHD.

I completed an intensive 1:1 ADHD Coach Training Program by Carol GIgnoux, M.Ed. one of the world's first ADHD coaches.

I have all the empathy and understanding for what you're going through. When I'm your ADHD coach, you'll never need to worry about letting me down. We're in this together!

why should i choose you?

Of course! I 100% understand not being able to pay the full payment upfront.*
4-Week Package: First payment upon booking, second payment before third week of package.
12-Week Package: First payment upon booking, final 2 payments in following 2 months.

*Payment plan not available for Power Hour

I know what it’s like to always feel out of place. Like you’re somehow behind everyone, despite trying harder than anyone around you just to stay afloat. I'm help women like you not just survive through each day, but learn to work alongside your ADHD so you can thrive!

Like many women who are diagnosed late with ADHD, I always thought I was a lazy, procrastinating, bad human adult who felt paralyzed half the time. I felt “different” my entire life, never managed to fit in, and had difficulty maintaining friendships...but I never knew why.

All of this was accompanied by relentless waves of paralysis, depression, embarrassment, shame, and let's face it — straight up confusion.

After being actively misdiagnosed for over half of my life with “just” depression and anxiety, I finally got the right diagnosis of ADHD. Like many, I went through the adult diagnosis rollercoaster of emotions which I still feel on a regular basis.

If you’re struggling with your ADHD and can’t quite seem to create an ADHD-friendly life for yourself, I feel you. And I'm here to help.
