During our first session I'll get to know you better, including some of the nitty-gritty ways ADHD impacts your life that you usually wouldn't share with people.
We'll strategize what's most important for us to tackle in the first few weeks of coaching, and create a game plan to make sure you get the most out of our time together. This will probably evolve as our sessions continue, but it's important we have a starting point!

Once you've got your eyes set on the right package for you, it's time to make it official. You'll book your first ADHD Coaching session, pay, your invoice, and sign a contract.
