I've been in the same shoes as the employees you're wanting to help.

I’m not just an ADHD coach — I’m a late-diagnosed ADHDer who experienced firsthand the challenges of traditional in-person and WFH work environments.

I was constantly on the cusp of burnout, frustrated by miscommunication, and wondering why my output wasn't what I knew it could be.

The worst part? 

My bosses and I all lost focus on the reasons I was hired, and my unique skills their teams needed. The small things I struggled with overshadowed the areas in which I thrive, and instead of support I got...nothing.

And I don't want others to be miserable or fail in a job they should be thriving in, just because they're neurodivergent. So now I bring my experience back to corporate clients, giving their employees support that I myself never had.

Rosie just GETS me. She gets how hard adulting is for me, even though I'm almost 30 & she doesn't judge the super basic stuff I struggle with. Like she is literally helping me get better at opening my mail & leaving the house on time. But it's making a HUGE difference!

Rosie has been my ADHD Coach for 11 weeks so far and already my life is improving! I have a lot of trouble arranging my personal time and work time. As a team leader I really needed help prioritizing my time and my work tasks. In our weekly sessions Rosie helps me strategize and create a plan for my deadlines that are coming up so I don't get overwhelmed or work only at the last minute all the time like usual.

We also created a "wakeup routine" that I can finally stick to because it's not like a typical full morning routine. It is really quick so I can do it even on days I oversleep.

My life was a mess of chaos when I started coaching with Rosie. Some parts are still chaos, but overall I feel more in control! I've never had good routines in my life and when I did start one it never lasted since I'm a freelancer so my days are always changing.
