Rosie just GETS me. She gets how hard adulting is for me, even though I'm almost 30 & she doesn't judge the super basic stuff I struggle with. Like she is literally helping me get better at opening my mail & leaving the house on time. But it's making a HUGE difference!
She supports me & makes me feel good about the smallest wins & when I mess up or don't follow through with our plan, she always reminds me to not beat myself up. Because if a plan isn't working it is the PLAN'S fault & not MINE. Then we just change the plan!
I can tell my self-confidence & self-worth are increasing a bit more each week & it's a really new but good feeling.

Rosie has been my ADHD Coach for 11 weeks so far and already my life is improving! I have a lot of trouble arranging my personal time and work time. As a team leader I really needed help prioritizing my time and my work tasks. In our weekly sessions Rosie helps me strategize and create a plan for my deadlines that are coming up so I don't get overwhelmed or work only at the last minute all the time like usual.
We also created a "wakeup routine" that I can finally stick to because it's not like a typical full morning routine. It is really quick so I can do it even on days I oversleep.
I'm so pleased I decided to work with Rosie as my ADHD Coach and I really look forward to our session each week!

My life was a mess of chaos when I started coaching with Rosie. Some parts are still chaos, but overall I feel more in control! I've never had good routines in my life and when I did start one it never lasted since I'm a freelancer so my days are always changing.
Rosie really listened to my specific problems and asked a lot of questions about how I live, even about how my apartment is laid out which I thought was strange at first. Then I realized we came up with small parts of a routine to stack together that fit for my life exactly in my exact apartment and work space.

The first time I read an article about adult women with ADHD, I cried. It was like reading about my own life — all those little "quirks" others would point out, and the way I lived behind closed doors.
The rubber band that would sit on my floor for weeks at a time. The addictive tendencies. Moving from country to country, flat to flat, job to job. Sitting, overwhelmed and completely paralyzed on my sofa, while to anyone else it would look like I was relaxing. The insomnia. The chronic depression.
I was diagnosed at 31 and was flooded with relief, anger, regret, joy, and acceptance. Simultaneously.
There was no one in my life who understood the depths of how ADHD affects me. Things I never told anyone due to shame and embarrassment.
